Andrea Eboli

Have you ever wondered…

Why do I feel empty despite success?
There is a name for all of this

Ser Poder

The world taught us to HAVE power. But no one taught us to BE it.

Ser Poder means not depending on what you have in order to recognize who you are. It means finding within yourself a potency that does not vanish when roles, achievements, relationships or recognition change.

The thesis

What is Ser Poder?

For more than 25 years I worked alongside capable, recognized and successful people. People who had earned roles, influence, results and everything we usually associate with power.

But something did not add up. Some lost their own potency the moment they left a position. Others, even surrounded by recognition, never came to feel truly powerful.

That is when one question became unavoidable: if power disappears when whatever confirms it changes, does that power really belong to us?

Ser Poder was born out of that restlessness, as an investigation into the distance between what we achieve and the potency we manage to recognize and sustain within ourselves.

Who it is for

Who is Ser Poder for?

It is not for those who believe they need help.

Or self-help.

Quite the opposite.

  • It is for those who do not need it.
  • For those who are strong, capable and powerful.
  • For those who know how to decide, achieve, sustain, resolve and move forward.
  • For those who became a reference for everyone else, and still depend on the title, the result, the recognition, the control or the roles they occupy to recognize their own power.

SER PODER is for those who have achieved a great deal on the outside and began to notice that this does not guarantee power on the inside.

Not to give up what they have achieved.

But to stop depending on those achievements to know who they are.

Because perhaps your next step is not to achieve even more.

It is to stop needing everything you achieved in order to feel powerful.

SER PODER is not born of weakness.

It is born when someone who learned to handle everything realizes that TER PODER, to have power, is not the same as SER PODER, to be power.

Three questions drive this investigation

01

Why do people who have power seem to lose it when they leave roles, titles or positions?

02

Why do so many others, even surrounded by recognition, influence and performance, not feel truly powerful?

03

And why do some people, with no roles, titles or recognition at all, reveal a potency that seems to depend on none of it?

ECP · original method

Out of the investigation came the Conscious Structure of Power

The three questions revealed that the experience of power cannot be explained by what a person owns. It is organized in the relationship between who that person is, the context they live in and the way they move inside it.

From that understanding came the Conscious Structure of Power, the ECP: Andrea Eboli's original method for crossing the distance between HAVING power and BEING power.

The ECP articulates three inseparable dimensions (Identity, Context and Movement) and offers a path to recognize where we hand over our potency, understand what influences us and choose how to act.

It is not a formula for controlling life. It is a structure for not disappearing inside it.
