Direct answer
Yes, part of what is on your résumé will lose value, because knowledge, information and technical skills are becoming more accessible, replicable and replaceable. What cannot be replicated is your way of seeing, listening, connecting and transforming the environment around you. That is where what people will keep seeking in you lives.
What the machine copies and what it does not
Artificial intelligence is very good at reproducing what we learned to recognize as a professional edge: mastery of a technique, access to information, the execution of a known task. These layers are becoming abundant, and what is abundant tends to be worth less.
But there is a layer that does not enter this game. The way you read a situation. The kind of question you ask when everyone else is busy answering. How people feel after talking with you. None of this is written anywhere on your résumé, and that is precisely why it cannot be replaced.
From Ter Poder to Ser Poder
Here a central distinction of the Estrutura Consciente de Poder matters. The power you HAVE (titles, credentials, skills) can change, disappear or be replicated. The potency you ARE does not depend on any of that to exist.
The world may learn to do many of the things you do. That does not mean it can reproduce all of what you are.
Preparing for the future, in this sense, is less about accumulating new credentials and more about recognizing and developing what is already yours and appears on no list of qualifications.
