Direct answer
You confuse worth with titles because you learned to value what you achieve, not what you are. Achievements are visible, measurable and applauded; what you are rarely gets that kind of confirmation. Over time, identity starts leaning on what can be shown, and what does not fit on a résumé begins to feel like it does not count.
A habit that starts early
From early on we are rewarded for results. The grade, the diploma, the promotion, the public recognition. All of this has real value, and this is not about dismissing your path. The problem appears when what we achieve becomes the only measure of who we are.
Little by little, the title stops being something you hold and becomes something you are. It is a silent trade. You hand the definition of your worth over to something external that can change at any moment.
When the external starts deciding for you
In the Estrutura Consciente de Poder this has a name: the surrender of power. It is the moment when something outside (the title, the result, the recognition) begins to determine how much you are worth and how much you can act.
We gradually confused our worth with the titles we carry.
The way back is not to refuse achievements. It is to recognize that they are the expression of a potency, not its source. The potency you ARE needs to be recognized by you before it depends on any external confirmation.
