Founder of the Academia do Poder. She investigates the new relationships between power, identity and leadership in contemporary life.

Andrea Eboli is a researcher, author, professor and founder of the Academia do Poder. She investigates the new relationships between power, identity and leadership in contemporary life.

The three questions behind the investigation

  1. 01

Why do people who have power seem to lose it when they leave roles, titles or positions?

  2. 02

Why do so many others, even surrounded by recognition, influence and performance, not feel truly powerful?

  3. 03

And why do some people, with no roles, titles or recognition at all, reveal a potency that seems to depend on none of it?

With an international academic path, a master's degree, a doctorate and more than two decades of executive experience, Andrea brings research and practice together to propose a new understanding of contemporary power and conscious leadership.

Creator of the Conscious Structure of Power (ECP), Andrea turns this investigation into a practical path for people and leaders to cross the distance between having power and recognizing their own potency.

The world has changed. So have the relationships of power. And the way we occupy, sustain and live power must change with it.
